During winter, life can get pretty exciting and busy, many family events, parties and fun times are ahead. A lot of unhealthy foods will likely be consumed and you’ll have plenty of unhealthy habits being expressed, it will be difficult to stay on track when it comes to staying fit and healthy.
The main problem is once your winter is over, people will find it difficult to maintain their motivation to stay active and on track. People begin to experience winter related depression and guilt over eating a large amount of unhealthy foods. People often times let their diet plans fail and fail to stay consistent. Due to the cold weather, often times people refuse to go outside and will stay indoors and eat.
Due to the fact that winter days are shorter and its more difficult to find time to stay healthy and fit, this can lead to a compromised immune system that often times make you sick, when you get sick it is even more difficult to keep up the exercise and stay fit. Because of the cold weather, often times your body will even get flustered when it comes to health and you’ll find yourself lacking the motivation with a chronic cold to go out and exercise.
