As there is a proverb “Health is wealth”, the health is the most important one needed for everyone to have a happy life. A healthy life will be always a happy life and so we should be very aware of our health. We should start creating some healthy habits to our family from now itself. Because the fruits and vegetables we get now are not at all good and it contains many chemicals in it. The non-vegetarian foods like chicken and mutton contain various chemicals in it and so it will create many such health problems for the people.
