Watch what you eat
The key to being healthy is to eat right. As someone, who is very busy you may end up missing out on your meal timings and end up eating sugary and junk food. Instead, keep fruits and healthy snacks handy so that you can munch on them when you feel hungry.

Make sure that you have enough food stocked up on your desk which will let you eat small meals at regular intervals. This way you will not starve yourself and eating regular portions will also let you be more healthy and avoid gaining weight.

Do an exercise daily
